How to Play:
- Gameplan: Fast 9 is rough this set as there is no 5 cost tank to stabilize your front line, meaning often times if you can’t fast 9 by 4-5 all the copies of front liners will be gone. Most of the time you will pivot into this board from a level 8 comp as skipping 8 can be risky at the moment. Vex is the strongest cap at the moment. Graves also caps very high but is hard to play into if you get him after 5-2, the earlier the better.
- Stage 1-2: Play your strongest opener and look to win streak. If you aren’t winning you will likely need to pivot to a different comp. Take econ augments and build a gold lead.
- Stage 3: Continue to be strong, the longer you sustain your win streak the easier the game will be. Considering pivoting to LeBlanc if you’ve slammed Vex items and can’t keep up the win streak.
- Stage 4: If you can go 9 on 4-5, do so to find a 4 cost 2 star tank. The earlier you find Graves the better. Vex 1 + a 2 star 4 cost tank should be stable for the rest of stage 4.
- Stage 5+: Go 9 if you haven’t already and roll for your board. The latest turn Graves is playable is 5-2. If you can’t find Graves add front line for Vex.
- Tips:
- Graves Build path: Assault Frame > Melt Through > Grav Booster > Buckshot++. Only take 1 proc of Grav Boosters before taking all of the Buckshot upgrades. Assault Frame is the best initial choice.
- Prioritize CC immunity on Graves.
- This comp can be pivoted in to from LeBlanc variants as LB and Vex share the same itemization.
- Shred/Sunder and Spell Crit aren’t necessary as Akali’s and Aatrox’s NOVA buff offers it after 6 seconds of combat.
