My Recommendation:
- VOD/Replay reviews are probably the best and fastest way to learn
- Live coaching does not come with any placement guarantees because there are many different styles of coaching and a coach cannot control the outcome of 1 game of TFT
- Probably hire the cheaper coaches if you care about bang for your buck
- If you found the coaching session helpful, getting a follow-up session weekly or after a major patch can help even more
- Coaching is great for preparing for tournaments if you are trying to become more competitive
