Leveling Pattern:
1 Cost Reroll
Do not press the level button at all until you 3 star your 1 cost.
On Stage 3-1, at level 4, you can roll to 32g (most common), slow roll, or roll until you hit 3*.
Be flexible in when you roll, be willing to break econ intervals if you are close or need tempo. Ideally finish 1 3 star by 3-5.
All in on 4-1 if you haven’t hit already.

How to Play:
- Gameplan: Ideally find a Arbiter that prints Leonas and play tempo into a LeBlanc board with 6 Vanguards. If not play this as you would Teemo Leona Reroll and stay low level until you 3 star Leona.
- Stage 1-2: Play around Leona, vanguards and ideally an item slam. Check your Arbiter as soon as possible. If you get an Arbiter that provides copies of Leona look to push levels, if not play as a 1 cost reroll.
- Stage 3: Continue working towards Leona 3. Take item augments to help you reach BIS Leona.
- Stage 4: Hit Leona 3 if you haven’t already plus your duo carry depending on how you found Leona. Aim to be strong this stage as this comp falls off. Level for Vanguards.
- Stage 5+: Go 9 when possible. If you reach 6 Vanguards you have a great shot at top 2.
- Tips:
- The best combat Arbiters are ones that grant a shield as they increase Leona’s uptime.
- Leona’s damage scales off HP along with AD, this makes HP scaling arbiters very powerful.
- Leona utilizes artifacts very well.
