Leveling Pattern: 

Conditions:

• S Tier with 2-1 Mountain
• A Tier in Serpent, Boar, or Altar Stargazer constellation
• Tempo AD Opener
• Lots of Bows

How to Play:

• Gameplan: Standard fast 8 comp. If you don’t have Mountain, Serpent, Boar, or Altar Stargazer constellations, play something else. Xayah is very BIS dependent and wants Red Buff and Krakens, so prioritize item augments. Rhaast is very important to this comp. Prioritize playing wide synergies on level 8 to provide you with enough strength to go level 9.
  • Stage 1-2: Play a strong AD opener around Kraken or Guinsoo’s slam. This comp is playable from loss streak due to the hefty bow requirement but aim to be strong around an attack speed slam such as Red, Guinsoo’s or Kraken if available.
  • Stage 3: Keep up tempo and collect BIS Xayah. If you are down on tempo, make sure to have econ to 4-1 rolldown.
  • Stage 4: Roll down for Xayah 2 and a 2 star 4 cost tank, either Tahm Kench or Nunu will do. Rhaast is invaluable to this board unless you are playing Mountain.
  • Stage 5+: Level to 9 when possible, and look for Jhin 2. The best in at 9 most of the time will be Blitzcrank.
    
• Tips:
  • Xayah’s items are really specific, play something else if you don’t have at least 1 Kraken and premium AS item like Guinsoo’s or Red Buff. Item quality is everything.
  • Any augment that allows you to access Radiant Red Buff is a great option. Consider Expedition and Golden Gamble heavily.
  • Guinsoo’s is a great item for tempo but not BIS on Xayah. Slam it if you think you can win streak as it is serviceable on Xayah, otherwise greed your bows for Red and Krakens.
  • Jhin needs Infinity Edge and heavy AD items, do not get baited into making a Guinsoo’s for him.
  • Titanic Hydra is insanely OP on Xayah and you should hard force her if you see this artifact.
  • Nunu wants mana items, TK wants raw tank items. Making a random Vow for Nunu + 3 other tank items for TK is perfectly fine in this comp.
  • Don’t build Sunder due to the fact that this board almost always runs Aatrox.
  • The latest you are allowed to play Mountain Stargazer on your board is 2-3 to have a consistent game.
  • This comp is very popular and is expected to be contested, especially on the stronger Stargazers. Make sure to scout your opponent’s spots and make a guess as to their roll timings. If you can 4-1 it while they are forced to 4-2 rolldown, you will be at a great advantage.
  • 2-1 Mountain > Serpent > Boar > Altar > Fountain > Huntress > Medallion
  • Mountain Riven is the best Emblem Holder, play Talon for 2 Rogue.
  • 7 Stargazer is the ideal breakpoint you should aim for in Mountain anything below that is substantially weaker. 8 is game winning.
  • If you hit 10 with Mountain, play Rhaast.
