Augment Guide for Set 6

Augments are the new mechanic for Set 6 Gizmos and Gadgets.

I noticed 4 patterns among the augments

  1. Combat
    • Gives your team a fighting buff
  2. Scaling
    • Gives your team strength at a later time
  3. Spiking
    • Gives your team strength immediately
  4. Trait
    • Gives bonuses based on a specific trait

Knowing when to pick each is critical when navigating the game. Often times playing around Augments is much better than ‘playing standard’

The list below assumes that every Augment is balanced (of course, they are not though) from 1-5 with 5 being the strongest. Some are amazing early, some are terrible late game, some are in between. However since we only see 3 Augments at a time from the same tier, you should always see what is most suitable for your board. Do you need more tanks? Maybe take Phony Frontline instead of Knife’s Edge.
