How to Play: Data Explorer

  • Gameplan: Mordekaiser becomes a ramping melee carry with his Hero Augment. Dark Star provides a high number of stats and the black holes serve as front line so prioritize items that give survivability. The sooner you find 6 Dark Star the smoother the game will go. If you find a Dark Star Emblem playing this line, you’re likely in a great spot.
    • Stage 1-2: Play your strongest board around Mordekaiser and Dark Stars. Look to save HP so you can reach Jhin.
    • Stage 3: Roll down on 3-2 for Mordekaiser 2 and upgrades. Aim to be strong this stage.
    • Stage 4: Find Mordekaiser 3 and look to push levels. 4 Dark Star is a big spike, 6 has potential for top 2.
    • Stage 5+: Level to 9 and look for Jhin. This comp caps high so if you’ve made it this far you are likely in a good spot.
  • Tips:
    • Prioritize uptime on Mordekaiser by building defensive items like Edge of Night and Bloodthirster.
    • This comp really needs to get to 6 Dark Star to be strong, prioritize any emblem generation as it can be game winning.
    • Ideally Illaoi 3 is your tank but it can be hard to hit if contested. Consider playing for Nunu 2 if you are too far from Illaoi.
    • Kai’Sa 3 can be an alternative win condition if you hit enough copies while rolling for Mordekaiser.
