- Fixed a bug where his spell couldn’t critical strike

- Ahri
- New: Spell is now a channel that can be interrupted, causing Ahri to release orb early and reduce the impact size

- 1.5/1.5/3 -> .75/.75/3 Second Fear Duration

Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where spell crits would not work if they were connected to an attack that was already critting
On Cultist 9 you put 400 -> 32 AD instead of 320 AD.
