New patch, lots of changes.  Keep in mind, this is just a preview.  Official patch comes out on Tuesday.  Goes to Live servers on Wednesday.

System Changes:

  • Improvements to champion movement logic

Trait Changes

  • Cultist
    • 3, 6, 9 Cultist
      • 50/150 -> 75/150 Mana
    • 6 Cultist
      • 1750 -> 1650 Base HP
    • 9 Cultists
      • 2500 -> 2250 Base HP
      • 400 -> 320 Base AD
      • New: Immune to all CC for 8 seconds after being summoned

Trait Changes

  • Dazzler
    • 50/80% -> 40/80% AD Reduction
  • Hunter
    • 150/175/200/225% -> 125/150/175/200% AD Bonus Damage
  • Keeper
    • 8 -> 8/10/14 Second Shield Duration
    • 175/250/400 -> 175/250/350 Shield
  • Divine
    • 40% -> 50% Damage Reduction & True Damage
    • 4/6/9/13 -> 3/6/9/15 Second Duration
  • Fortune
    • Added 10, 11, 12 loss streak unique rewards

Champ Changes – 2 Cost

  • Aphelios
    • Turrets no longer trigger on-attack effects like Rageblade or Shiv.  Turrets no longer grant mana, but still trigger on hit effects like SHojin
    • 90/180 -> 40/80 Mana
    • .7 -> .75 Attack Speed
  • Zed
    • 20/30/40% -> 30/35/40% AD Steal
    • 25/50/75 -> 40/50/75 Spell Damage

Champ Changes – 3 Cost

  • Akali
    • .75 -> .85 Attack Speed
  • Katarina
    • 600/900/1600 -> 750/900/1600 Spell Damage
  • Kalista
    • 4/6/8% -> 4/6/9% Health per Arrow
  • Kennen
    • 20 -> 30 Armor
    • 20 -> 30 Magic Resistance
    • 300/450/1350 -> 300/450/1200 Spell Damage

Champ Changes – 3 Cost

  • Xin Zhao
    • New Spell
      • Xin sweeps around him dealing 300/325/350% of his AD to nearby enemies and gains 50/60/75 Armor and MR for the rest of combat
      • 0/30 -> 40/80 Mana
      • Fixed a bug where his spell couldn’t critical strike

Champ Changes – 4 Cost

  • Ahri
    • New: Spell is now a channel that can be interrupted, causing Ahri to release orb early and reduce the impact size
    • 475/675/3000 -> 500/700/3000 Spell Damage
  • Sejuani
    • 50/130 -> 70/150 Mana
  • Warwick
    • 1.5/1.5/3 -> .75/.75/3 Second Fear Duration
    • 175/200/500% -> 135/150/500% Spell Attack Speed
    • Fixed a bug where his spell could fail if he performed a hunter attack during it
  • Ashe
    • 650 -> 600 HP
    • 25 -> 20 Armor
  • Talon
    • Highest Damage -> Lowest Armor spell targeting
    • Increased the leap time after getting a successful kill

Champ Changes – 5 Cost

  • Lee Sin
    • 3 Star Lee Sin is now a god
  • Kayn
    • Spell Targeting has been adjusted to be more consistent in finding a valid target to spin towards
  • Lillia
    • 75/15 -> 80/120 Mana

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where spell crits would not work if they were connected to an attack that was already critting
