Here is how I got to Grandmasters using only Kayle. I used the Kayle guide on my site from the Rank 2 Global player DQA. In these 4 games, I took advantage of the flexibility in items and supporting units for the Kayle comp, which allowed me to get a 40% win rate using Kayle.
