Zed will still be good since the 4 cost roll odd changes make 2 and 3 cost carries stronger.
Yone is still good, but not the best anymore (Azir is likely the best)
Cultists got nerfed too hard. 9 Cultists is useless because you do not get the strong mid and early game from 3 and 6 Cultists. 9 Cultists need a buff
Keepers are still good. Jarvan still OP
