The Set 17 Mechanic is an offering from 2 Gods, which replaces the Carousel.
There are 9 Gods: Ahri, Aurelion Sol, Ekko, Evelynn, Kayle, Soraka, Thresh, Varus, and Yasuo.

If you choose two offerings from one God, you get their Blessing at Stage 4-7.
