New patch, lots of changes.  Keep in mind, this is just a preview.  Official patch notes comes out on Tuesday.  Goes to Live servers on Wednesday June 9. Meta Snapshot will be updated on Friday after the patch

System Changes – Bonus Armories

  • Armory 2-2: Unchanged
  • Armory 3-2: 1 Shadow & 1 Regular
  • Armory 4-2: Removed
  • 4-2,5-2, 6-2, and 7-2 now have a CHANCE for a bonus Armory
  • Bonus Armories can include:
    • Consumables
    • Spatulas
    • Components
    • Full items
    • Emblems
  • Hyper Roll bonus armories can appear on 5-2, 7-2, 9-2, and 10-2

System Changes

  • Shop Rates
    • Level 4: 55/30/15/0/0% → 50/30/20/0/0%
    • Level 5: 45/33/20/2/0% → 40/33/25/2/0%
  • Loot Orbs (Standard & Hyper Roll)
    • Consumables (Reforger and Magnetic Remover) can now drop from loot orbs in rare instances. These do not replace anything and are simply an additional bonus to the normal drops.
  • All champions
    • Base Critical Strike Damage: 150% → 130%

  • Dragonslayer (6)
    • 140% AP, 100% AP to Team
  • Ironclad (4)
    • 180 Armor
  • Renewer (6)
    • 10% Health/Mana per second
  • Revenant (4)
    • Revive with 100% HP back
  • Spellweaver (6)
    • 80% AP, additional 8% AP per cast
  • Skirmisher (9)
    • 60% HP health shield, 10 AD per sec

Trait Changes

  • Abomination
    • The Monstrosity now stops charging after slamming into two targets.
    • The Monstrosity now removes AS slows and AD reduction effects when he casts his spell.
    • 40/50/60 + 40/65/75 Armor & MR
    • 100/160/220 → 90/150/200 Base AD
    • 10/16/22 → 9/15/20 Bonus AD
  • Dawnbringer
    • 10% → 15% bonus damage
  • Redeemed
    • 30/50/70 → 30/55/80 Armor/MR/AP
  • Skirmisher
    • 20/40 → 25/40% Max HP Shield

Champ Changes – 1 Cost

  • Lissandra
    • 250/300/400 → 280/330/450 Primary Spell Damage
    • 125/150/200 → 140/165/225 Secondary Spell Damage
  • Vayne
    • 65/90/140 → 70/100/140 Spell Damage
  • Vladimir
    • 0/85 → 0/80 Mana
  • Ziggs
    • 500 → 450 HP

Champ Changes – 2 Cost

  • Brand
    • 1 sec → 1.5 sec Mana Lock
    • Bug Fix: Brand’s cast no longer counts twice towards on-cast effects.
  • Hecarim
    • Bug Fix: Damage from his ability now correctly scales with AP
    • 450/600/1200 → 275/350/700 Spell Damage
    • 300/400/800 → 275/350/700 Spell Healing
  • Leblanc
    • 200/250/500 → 100/150/250 Spell Damage
    • 2/2/2 → 1.5/2/2.5 sec Stun Duration
    • 550 → 600 HP
  • Nautilus
    • 65 → 80 AD
    • 150/250/700 → 200/300/750 Spell Damage

    • 200/250/600→ 240/300/700 Spell Damage

    • 7 → 10 Autos per Invulnerability

Item Changes

  • Archangel Staff
    • Tooltip now specifies that the AP gain applies to the cast that grants the bonus AP.
    • 40% → 45% Mana Ratio
  • Archangel Staff (Shadow)
    • 350% → 400% Mana Ratio
  • Bloodthirster
    • 40% → 33% Lifesteal
  • Bloodthirster (Shadow)
    • 33% → 25% Max HP self damage

Item Changes

  • Hand of Justice
    • 40 → 45 AD & AP
  • Ionic Spark
    • 40% → 50% MR Shred
  • Jeweled Gauntlet (Shadow)
    • 15% Max HP → 100% of max Mana times star level self damage
  • Trap Claw (Shadow)
    • Vengeful Trap Claw has been renamed to Banshee’s Claw

Bug Fixes

  • Vel’Koz will now find a new target for his Lifeform Disintegration Ray if his current target becomes untargetable (Guardian Angel, Revenant)
  • Pantheon will now face his new combat target with Aegis Assault if his current target becomes untargetable (Guardian Angel, Revenant)
  • Damage ticks from Pantheon’s Aegis Assault can now properly critically strike and be dodged
  • Rell is now properly credited for her shielding in the Shields & Healing chart
  • Units should no longer attempt to chase Kennen if he dashes very far away
